How It Works:

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

No Questions Asked: If you are unsatisfied for any reason—or simply change your mind—you can return your item(s) within this 14-day period.

Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, preferably with original packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email our support team at aurablinkindia@gmail.com with your Order Number and the request to return.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions and return address within 24–48 hours.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us (or await pickup if reverse pickup is arranged).

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed immediately. The money will be credited back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5 to 7 business days.
